6 years ago next month my son Cowen died before he was born because he had Trisomy 18. Thank you for sharing this. It is a very lonely thing - I know no one else IRL who has had a baby with the T-18. The story of Eliot made me cry, a lot, but also feel connected to others who have had their lives turned upside down by it.

one of the greatest things apart from dwelling in the house of the Lord forever is hope of being with our loved ones once again whom we may loose,i cherish this thing very much....i was born in a hindu family in india but accepted Lord Jesus as my Saviour....and i was for some time practicing hindu according to hinduism i would have been in the cycle of rebirth again and again till with my own silly karma i can achieve the so called salvation or nirvana...well that is frustrating ....and for some part of my life i was an ardent atheist according to which i would have been landed into nihilistic black-hole..well that is depressing.
Now i am happy,at peace, and joyful, and confident about one day living and worship my Saviour in person after i leave this earth...and that is truly awesome.
This testimony of our Father through one of the most adorable baby i have ever seen is so heartwarming and joy giving ...simply no words...

I am sitting here with tears streaming down my face. I just flew back to CA after attending a funeral in CO for my friend who took his life and he was only 24. Burying someone you love and mourning the loss of life is an indescribable feeling and only the peace of knowing they are with Jesus can provide comfort. I am so blessed to see Eliot's parents celebrate his life in this way. Meet Jesus if you don't know him already, he's pretty awesome!

I wonder how many times health care professionals tried to convince these people to abort the baby before it was born?!? Thank God they didn't. All life is so very precious!

Jon, I'm slightly mad at you for showing that. I just cried for almost the entire 6 minutes. It was beautiful to see God use such a small, adorable thing for His glory.

I shouldn't have watched this at work. Wow. That was powerful. God give us all the strength to be able to say those words when people that we love are taken away.

What is more unfair: That the righteous suffer or that the wicked prosper?...As a father of two young girls, I can't bare to think of how terrible my heart would hurt to be in their shoes.
