Good question, unless it's a spam comment or attacks someone other than me, I actually don't delete comments. What usually happens is that the author of the comment deletes it and makes a different comment.

i definitely echo the encouragement!

can you write a blog post about the comments that get deleted? i'm always so curious. are they offensive? use poor language? bomb threats? such mystery! maybe you can come up with some comment removal guidelines.

Jon, if you aren't getting vehement opposition from somebody, then you aren't doing it right! Know that SCL means the world to this Christian. It has helped me in the tough times, and it has brightened the good ones.

I love reading your blog. Sometimes I feel like its not funny, but its super funny other times.

But here's the reason I like it the best is because you're honest. Alot of christians won't admit they struggle with something.

Sometimes I'l forget its Wednesday and just being reading random blogs about FAILs and Passive Agressive Notes and then I get to your blog andyour words just hit me in the gut.

I love it. The whole no pain, no gain.

the last part of this post really hit home. i've never hid the fact in my blog posts that i'm a christian, in fact i've even posted about church & choir happenings a few time. but i've never shared my testimony till now. your post was the last push of encouragment i needed. i want that neon sign to shine bright!
