At my (small) church in college, the worship/youth minister was both bald and had a goatee.

I’m a female worship leader, and apparently – we’re meant to be more ‘sharey’ than the guys… That is – we’re expected to have heart felt – mother like qualities mixed in with our Vocals, guitar playing and song lead ins. I wish I was joking.

I have never seen a pastor without a full head of hair. That’s another trend I have seen in churches.

this is funny, I had never noticed this. at my church, all of our worship leaders are young with lots of hair. are we in error? hahaha

The worship leader at my church I went to in college had the Fidel Castro hat, as well as the Fidel Castro facial hair. You would have thought someone dropped Fidel Castro on stage in Cleveland and he was up there rocking out to some David Crowder.
