How did I miss this post?????? Proud to admit that I've seen them about 30 times! My sister and I were at every concert, and then we'd wait hours to see them come out of the venue after the show! We became so familiar, that Michael Sweet even thanked us in the album liner notes of his first solo CD, for supporting them! THIS...is my only claim to fame...

Oh yeah! I even saw them in concert in Buffalo! I may still have a cassette or two (cassette...what's a cassette?) laying around. Man, now I'm going to have to find them and dust off the ol' tape player!

Yes. Yes I did! For a kid who wanted to follow Jesus that "Yellow and Black Attack" album, and I do mean album, was a game changer. Those guys were one of the reasons that I became a Youth Pastor.

I didn't listen to Stryper in the 80's. But Ive started listening to them a couple of months ago and I really like them. I wish I paid attention to them in the 80's. These guys are great! And they sing about something worth listening to. I hope they tour the USA again. I will be sure to see them.
