The truth about some.
The other day I was in bed and didn’t want to get up to run.
My goal was to run 4 miles, but I had slept in and didn’t have enough time left to do that.
Fear told me “It’s 4 miles or nothing. You’ve already missed the window to run. If you do less than your goal, it doesn’t count.”
But then I remembered something really simple that I scribbled down on a note.
That is truth.
Some beats none.
Some running always beats none.
Some writing always beats none.
Some business planning always beats none.
Some dreaming always beats none.
Some whatever it is you’re passionate about always beats none.
Can’t get your entire goal done today?
That’s OK.
Get some.
P.S. If you’re a graphic designer or illustrator with a Quitter dream, let’s talk. I’d love to turn simple notes like these into images and, in the process, introduce you to 100,000 of your fans. If that sounds like a fun adventure to you, email me at jon (at) jonacuff.com.
